After 15+ years advising some of the highest‑value, globally operating companies across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia‑Pacific, I noticed a pattern: the biggest business problems didn’t start with performance or strategy — they started with unclear operations and contracts that didn’t match how the business actually worked.

As the only lawyer on most commercial and operational teams, I wasn’t just drafting custom contracts. I was also the person asked to untangle client workflows, fix broken delivery processes, and clean up the operational gaps that were quietly creating confusion, missed expectations, and avoidable costs. This is where my expertise in operational clarity began — inside real businesses, solving real workflow problems long before they reached legal escalation.

I hold an LLB and an advanced law degree in U.S. business and regulatory systems from Lewis & Clark Law School. My work with globally operating companies showed me exactly how top‑level contracts and operational systems can quietly shift millions in cost or responsibility onto the wrong side.
